     This is the most beautiful quilted fabric we have ever seen. The threads are hand dyded in a natural indigo, washed, then dyed again. This method of hand dyeing has been used since the edo-period in Japan. Due to the time consuming nature and the limited amout of threads that can be dyed, this fabric is very limited. The fabric feels very soft and is extremely comfortable. It is not overly heavy so it can be worn during multiple seasons.

* We wash the fabric before construction begins so shrinkage should be minimal….we recommend hand washing and hang dry only.
 
- Hand dyed, natural indigo Japanese quilt fabric (linen + cotton)
- Vintage Lee pattern
- 2 hand pockets
- Hand stiched buttonholes / hemp thread, hand dyed
- Indigo raw silk lining on cuffs and lapel
- Hand stitches in cuffs and down lapels
- Assorted vintage Japanese buttons 
- Sumi painted tag
