Exchanges & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom order (see below for exceptions). Please measure carefully and email with any questions and concerns before you buy. We are not responsible for custom items that are not the correct size.
The following are eligible for exchange:
- Initial failure of metal parts
- Significant scratches or stains (we only use A grade leather hides)
- If you received a product that is different from what you ordered
- Damage or defects due to shipping accidents
Please notify us by email within 7 days after the product arrives. We will cover the shipping cost for our mistakes.
*All products can be repaired. Please contact us as the price will change depending on the condition and repair location.

It typically can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item. Reasons for longer wait times include material availability and types of natural dyes requested. Once again, please email with any questions.
